about the operations team
MACED’s Operations Team is where a lot of rubber hits the road. The O-Team handles property management, human resources, technology and office management. Team members include the office manager, human resources and compliance coordinator, technology coordinator, and two members of the finance team who double as O-Team members. At its monthly meeting, the team moves projects forward and considers suggestions from other staff. The O-Team’s charge begins:
